At age 25 I had a very serious knee injury and over the last 40 years, it had stiffened up and was starting to slow me down and give me trouble which was negatively starting to impact my life and training. So I reached out to Wayne to see if he could help me and we both decided to take on this job together. In less than 6 weeks the stiffness had completely gone and I was back training doing full-depth squats, lunges everything I couldn't believe it to be honest. But what amazed me even more was the whole body style approach Wayne took by helping me work on and realign my posture. I am now back doing strength training and lifting heavier weights now at 65 than I was in my 20s. Wayne brings so much passion, knowledge and enthusiasm to each session that the old saying "ya cant teach an old dog new tricks" does not apply here as I'm learning new tricks, techniques and movements every time we meet.
