PERSONAL TRAINING 1:1
This is a 1:1 training and coaching service that I have developed over the last 5 years of working as a health & fitness professional where I have gathered over 5000 hours of 1:1 personal training experience working with people from all walks of life. This is a result driven service where I offer the highest standard of coaching and training and take each person’s health and individual goals of upmost importance.
By utilizing the power and principles of the 5 pillars of health & fitness our aim is to help you take back control of your health & fitness and perform better in your everyday life. Unlock your true potential in a safe and supportive training environment where your health and fitness goals matter.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Each client starts off with a detailed consultation and assessment process, where we will collect all the relevant data, discuss your goals, your wants, your whys and what you would like to achieve most from the training and coaching experience.
Based on all this information a plan of action will be drawing out by myself that we will both mutually agree upon. The plan will be put up on your own individual coaching sheets (through google docs), that will also be used as a lifestyle and fitness tracker to help monitor and maintain progress.
Along with your initial 1:1 training sessions, each client gets additional training/mobility programming upon request that will be placed on your coaching sheets. A full nutritional breakdown, education, advice, and support is offered also.
You will also get access to my personal Whatsapp number for all the additional coaching , motivation, questions and support you may need on your journey. You will also get access to a community group and educational channel where I post weekly content on all thing’s health & fitness and where you can chat to and connect with people sharing a similar journey.
