MOBILITY TRAINING SERVICE
My style of mobility training is a specialized training service that’s very specific to the individual and is mainly focused on freedom of movement within the body, the health and integrity of your joints and bringing the body back to a more centered and balanced state. This style of training works well for anyone who suffers chronic discomfort in their body, who feels stiff & tight all the time or has some sore and achy joints. By utilizing the power of movement, breathing and strength work we can facilitate the body to move more freely and get people to feel more comfortable in their own skin.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Each client starts off with a detailed consultation and assessment process, where we assess the body thoroughly and discuss your current limitations, your goals, your wants, and your whys.
Based on all this information a mobility program will be done out and specific exercises will be prescribed to help you overcome your current limitations. This program will be put up on your own personalized training sheet (through google doc) that you can also use a lifestyle and accountability tracker to help monitor things and track your progress. Key performance indicators will also be put in place to make sure things are moving in the right direction.
Along with your initial 1:1 training sessions, you will also get access to my personal Whatsapp number for any additional motivation you may need or questions you may have so I can support and educate you along your journey. You will also get access to a community group and educational channel where I post weekly content on all thing’s health & fitness and where you can chat to and connect with people sharing a similar journey.
